What is a QR code?
A square barcode your phone reads with the camera — point, scan, and it opens a link, saves a contact, joins a WiFi network, whatever you set it to. Ours just don't look like they're from 2003.
One tool, every type
URL, WiFi, SMS, email, Google Reviews, social and more — pick a type and the generator adapts. No need for ten different tools.
Static or dynamic
Static codes are fixed and free forever. Dynamic codes can be edited anytime and track every scan — that's where the magic is.

Static vs dynamic
Static QR
- Still works after printing
- To change it, reprint everything
- No scan tracking
- Best for a one-off that never changes
Dynamic QR — Oh My Code
- Still works after printing
- Change where it points anytime — no reprint
- Track scans: count, time, place
- Best for anything you might update or track (so… most things)
Print once, update forever. Keep your plan active and your QR code is basically immortal.
QR codes for every job
Marketing & campaigns
Flyers, ads, packaging — and track what actually gets scanned.
Restaurants & retail
Menus, reviews and WiFi — a code for every counter.
Events & teams
Badges, signage, tickets — and add them on the fly.
Creators & freelancers
Link-in-bio, portfolio, contact — all in one scan.
Best practices (so it actually scans)
- Test before you print — two different phones. Print is forever, pixels aren't.
- Keep the contrast — dark code, light background. Low-contrast = grief.
- Go dynamic if anything might change — something always does.
- Mind the size — at least 2 × 2 cm, bigger for posters and signs.
- Add a “Scan me” cue — people need a nudge; a frame or three words does it.
- Put it where it's easy to scan — eye level, good light, some space around it.
